Well,  after a vote from congress in front of the checkout

and customer service desk

we were allowed to refund our nonworking phone

and pay $10.00 more

for the same phone but from a different plan.

Yet keeping our same plan.  (In a different box).

This leaves us with mixed emotions.  Reluctance in service,

always leaves a bad taste in the customers memory.

Unless we experience an emergency

we plan never to return to our local store.

But hey, get over it right?

They would have been happy if we had.
